You have a great idea for a song that is part rock and part rap.  You base it on "I Want To Hold Your Hand" by the Beatles and you use part of the original chorus.  Everyone loves it and you decide to release it locally. Someone down the line points out that we need permission to do this - you just want to get on with it - what do we do now?
