It Happens every November and the studio owner every year.  It is the artist or producer that decides to record a Christmas song in November.  The time of the season is shifting towards jolly red-suited men and toy stores and this makes the artist or producer want to do a Christmas song.  Of course the production should have began 6 months earlier if product was to be marketed this Christmas season.   It's time right now (January) to plan the recording of your 2006 Christmas Release.
