July 19, 2002: Check out the cool new toy!
Head on over to digidesign.com to check out the brand new Digi 002. It's now officially the piece of gear I recommend to anyone looking to get into Pro Tools. Of course, it's still overpriced for what it can do, but being a part of the Pro Tools product line, there's no escaping that.... That being said, if you MUST have Pro Tools (and can accept no substitutes) then I can think of no better way to do so than by snatching up a Digi 002 as soon as possible. Go look at their promos and view the vids and decide for yourself if that thing is worth $2500. I say yes.....
