Our Audio Specialist study module has 30 lessons on the basics of microphone selection, studio setup, console use, digital recording, MIDI and PC recording.  The module includes a full compliment of educational files like lesson text, study quiz questions, audio demos and complete illustrations. You take section quizzes and final exam online and receive a theory completion certificate after passing the final exam. 

Filling out this form will register you for completing the first 15 lessons and allows you to take the first section quiz.  After you take the quiz, you find out your score immediately and get a link to a feedback form that must be filled out to continue on to the next section. 

If you passed the quiz and submitted the feedback form, 3 to 5 weeks later you receive access to the rest of the lessons and the second section quiz.  If you pass the second quiz and submitted the second feedback form, you get access to the final examination, within 10 days.  Once you pass the final, you get a pdf certificate that you can download from the net.  This certificate acknowledges your completion of this basic theory training earns 0.75 credits towards an RID campus training program and discounts on more advanced campus or online training programs.
