Hello - my name is Khaliq Glover
(aka Khaliq-O-Vision) and I recently came upon your site through general
surfing on the Internet about engineering information. I really was very
impressed with your site and all the information that it provides for free
and the help that is offered to aspiring engineers.
I have been engineering for over 20 years in Los Angeles many high profile
clients such as Herbie Hancock, Patti LaBelle, Jeffrey Osborne, Take 6, and
was one of many who worked on "We Are The World" with Michael Jackson,
Lionel, and Quincy at Kenny Rogers' Lion Share Studios where I first
started. I just received notification that I am receiving a Grammy award
this year for all the engineering that I did on Marcus Miller's Grammy
winning M2 album.
I subscribed to receive access to your subscriber and archived articles and
have received an ID number and password that lets me read the material in
Pro Audio Specialist Module [section] 1. Even though I already know the
things that you have posted because of my experience, your site is
absolutely fascinating and riveting with the way you present this
information and it makes me think differently about some things that I
learned coming up. I would like to see what else there is in the whole 8
part series of the Pro Audio Specialist Modules.
