| Lesson 22: Replacing AOL Toolbar Icons |
| As we all know, the AOL toolbar can come in very handy when we're in a hurry. But were you aware, some of the icons that can be replaced by others?? You can replace the Stock Quotes or the Perks icon with a site you would be more likely to visit. In just a couple of easy steps, you can have a toolbar more exclusive to your needs, instead of the less personal toolbar AOL starts you off with. |

Removing Unwanted Icons |
| 1. Right click the icon you would like to remove, and click the button that says "Remove from Toolbar". |

|
2. Click on the Yes button. |

Inserting New Icons |
|
3. Place your mouse over the little heart in the upper right corner of the site. |
| 4. Hold the mouse button down, and drag the heart to the blank purple area. |
|
|
|
Note: Sometimes you will have to try more than once, in order to grab it. |
|
|
| 5. Type in a short name for that site. |
| 6. Using the horizontal scrollbar, find an image that would best represent the site. |
| 7. Click OK to save the changes |

|
|
Your AOL Toolbar will now display the new icon |
