Lesson 9: AOL Address Book: Creating Groups

Learn to group e-mail addresses together. his feature can be used when sending a single e-mail to any users you have grouped together (friends, family, classmates, business associates, etc.)

1. Click on the down arrow on your Mail Button and select Address Book.

2. Click on the New Group button.

3. Create a name for this group.

4. Select individual users to include, and add each one.

5. For the protection of the users selected, its best not to share the group, so make sure No is selected.

6. Save the group.

Note: Your address book will reflect the changes. By double clicking on the group name, a blank e-mail opens, addressed to all of the group members.
