| Lesson 9: AOL Address Book: Creating Groups |
| Learn to group e-mail addresses together. his feature can be used when sending a single e-mail to any users you have grouped together (friends, family, classmates, business associates, etc.) |
| 1. Click on the down arrow on your Mail Button and select Address Book. |
|
2. Click on the New Group button. |
|
|
|
| 3. Create a name for this group. |
|
|
| 4. Select individual users to include, and add each one. |
| 5. For the protection of the users selected, its best not to share the group, so make sure No is selected. |
| 6. Save the group. |
|
|
|
Note: Your address book will reflect the changes. By double clicking on the group name, a blank e-mail opens, addressed to all of the group members. |
