I did not receive the confirmation email. What do I do?

Please check your spam folder for your confirmation e-mail.

To ensure that you receive emails from this site, add info@alexandermagazine.com and

I cannot access lessons after section one. What do I do?

Section one is a free trial for all users that register. You must purchase access to the complete module. The full online module is also included in the Pro Audio Specialist Course taught on campus.

I can access all of the lessons but the quizzes do not work. What do I do?

When moving from the last lesson in a section to the section quiz, if the quiz modules begins and then goes no further, you might need to relogin on www.alexandermagazine.com/PAS. For steps, click on more.

It logs me out when I try to go to the next step. What do I do?

Make certain that you have the "Remember Me" option activated when logging in. If this does not handle the problem, click on more. More

I want to review my quiz answers. How do I do it?

On the right side of the Quiz Results bar, there is an icon which is shaped as a magnifying glass. Clicking this will allow you to review the quiz once completed.
