basic console theory is designed for self study by anyone
interested in obtaining basic console knowledge in the Pro/Semi-Audio field. There

thirty lessons in this module comprise basic training in
microphone selection/placement, recording console/tape recorder
operation, MIDI and PC/Hard Disk recording. After finishing the
study of these lessons you will be given an opportunity to take an
online examination and, if passed, obtain a certificate as
fulfilling 3/4 of one credit towards the 2.5 credit RID Pro Audio
Specialist Program requirements. This is the most basic knowledge
you need to make good recordings in a home, project or
professional recording studio." |
